Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Rizzmas, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Rizzmas Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and old enough to use the app under the law where you live. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and the rules of the app store through which you obtained Rizzmas.

Side Quest Software publishes and technically operates the mobile app for the Rizzmas project. Features and third-party integrations can differ by platform, region, and app version.

Subject to these terms, Rizzmas gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app-store rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

Rizzmas branding, app software, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials supplied with the app are owned by or licensed to Rizzmas, Side Quest Software, or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit use of those materials outside ordinary app use.

Rizzmas is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, or wallet-recovery service. You are responsible for verifying token mints, wallet prompts, transaction details, fees, taxes, and the consequences of your decisions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and cannot be reversed by Rizzmas support.

Never provide a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password to Rizzmas, Side Quest Software, support, or a person claiming to represent either organization.

Rizzmas may use or link to a PnL proxy, blockchain and market-data providers, media-processing providers, Phantom, DexScreener, GMGN, social networks, and other services. They have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and fees, and you are responsible for reviewing them.

Rizzmas does not control an external provider and does not guarantee that external data, links, generated results, wallets, or services will be accurate, complete, secure, lawful, or continuously available. When you leave Rizzmas or submit information to a provider, your resulting activity is governed by that provider's terms.

You keep the rights you already hold in prompts, images, video, audio, and other material you submit. You grant Rizzmas, Side Quest Software, and configured service providers a limited permission to transmit, host, copy, and process that material only as needed to provide the requested feature, operate and secure the service, address abuse, and comply with law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. You are responsible for your content and for checking generated output before using or publishing it. Generated output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for someone else.

• Do not use the app to break the law, violate another service's rules, or harm another person.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, invasive, or malicious content.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or disrupt the app.
• Do not introduce malware or use automated systems that place unreasonable load on connected services.
• Do not present generated output, market data, or app messages as verified without checking the source.
• Do not use Rizzmas for emergency, safety-critical, or professional financial decisions.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

The app and connected services may be delayed, interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Market data may be incomplete or stale; PnL may differ from your records; generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; and external links may stop working. Keep your own copies of content you want to retain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzmas is provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzmas, Side Quest Software, and their contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, tokens, digital assets, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the app or an external service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically for the Rizzmas app during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

If you obtained Rizzmas through Apple's App Store, the license is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA unless the App Store listing states otherwise. Apple is not responsible for providing Rizzmas support. If you obtained the app through Google Play, your use must also comply with the Google Play terms that apply to you.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Rizzmas terms except to the extent expressly provided by their own terms, and they are not responsible for third-party services reached through the app.

We may update these terms when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app or website notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.

Questions, support requests, or notices about these terms can be sent to team@rizzmas.lol. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or unnecessary personal information.
