Privacy Notice

The Rizzmas mobile application is published and technically operated by Side Quest Software for the Rizzmas project. In this notice, Rizzmas, we, and us refer to Rizzmas and Side Quest Software when they handle information for the app or its connected services.

This notice applies to the Rizzmas Android and iOS apps, the services reached through those apps, and rizzmas.lol. A feature only handles information when it is available in your app version and you choose to use it.

Wallet and token lookups

When you request a wallet PnL, portfolio, token, or transaction view, the app sends the public wallet address you provide and the selected token or contract information to the Rizzmas PnL proxy and its data providers. Wallet addresses and blockchain activity are public or publicly queryable, but they may still be associated with you.

Prompts and selected media

If you request an image, video, audio, or other generated result, the app sends your prompt and the media you select to the Rizzmas proxy and the media-processing provider needed to complete that request. Do not upload identity documents, financial credentials, wallet secrets, or content you do not have permission to use.

App diagnostics and request data

Connected services may process standard technical information such as request time, IP address, app and OS version, device type, response status, and error details. This information is used to deliver requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep the service secure. Rizzmas does not use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising SDKs in the current app.

Local preferences

The app may store wallet or token entries, interface choices, and generation settings on your device. These preferences remain until you clear the app data or uninstall the app, subject to your device backup and restore settings.

Website analytics

When you visit rizzmas.lol, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics may process browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the site. The website uses this information to understand traffic, diagnose performance, and improve its pages. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Support correspondence

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We may ask for your device model, OS and app version, feature used, approximate time, and exact error text. You should redact wallet addresses or media you do not want to share.

• Provide the wallet, token, transaction, market, and media features you request.
• Remember local settings and maintain app functionality.
• Operate the proxy, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate errors, and secure connected services.
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
• Understand website use and improve the reliability and content of rizzmas.lol.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce the Rizzmas Terms of Use.

Rizzmas does not sell personal information. The current app does not serve targeted advertising or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information is disclosed only as needed for the following services or circumstances:

• Side Quest Software publishes and technically operates the mobile app for Rizzmas.
• Proxy, hosting, and infrastructure providers deliver app requests and maintain service security.
• DexScreener, GMGN, and blockchain data providers return public token, market, transaction, and portfolio information.
• Media-processing providers receive a prompt and selected media only when you request a generation feature.
• Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics provide website traffic and performance analytics; these services are not used for wallet PnL or media generation.
• External destinations, including Phantom, social networks, and linked websites, receive information directly from you when you choose to leave Rizzmas and use their service.

Providers processing information for Rizzmas are expected to protect it consistently with this notice, use it only for the service requested, and retain it only as needed for that service or applicable law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, or investigate misuse.

Public blockchain records are maintained by the blockchain and cannot be deleted by Rizzmas. External services you visit directly apply their own retention rules.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

You can choose not to enter a wallet address, upload media, request generation, or open an external link.

Rizzmas currently does not create user accounts, so there is no Rizzmas account to delete. You can remove local app information by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of other information associated with a request, email team@rizzmas.lol. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing by no longer using the relevant feature.

Include the feature and approximate time of use so we can locate the request. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, password, or unnecessary personal information. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request and will respond as required by applicable law.

Rizzmas is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required where a user lives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Rizzmas and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information during an international transfer.

We may update this notice when the app, website, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app or website notice.
